Questions about automation

Do I need technical skills?

+

No. You paste one address into Claude and approve the permissions, then talk to it in your language as you would to your store manager.

Does Claude work on its own without me asking?

+

Yes, when you schedule the ready-made requests in Claude: it runs at the times you set and follows your standing instructions. Ordpin itself runs nothing on its own; every action comes from your connection and shows in the activity log.

Does the connector cost anything from Ordpin?

+

No. The connector is free within the 1% fee on completed orders. You only need a Claude account that supports custom connectors.

Can Claude use my money?

+

Only if you explicitly grant the “Real money” permission, which is off by default. Even then it can do only what the dashboard itself allows, such as requesting a top-up, and it never reaches your customers' money.

How do I stop it?

+

From the Claude page in your dashboard: change the permissions or disconnect with a click, and it stops at once.
