Ordpin for shops

Your online store with sizes, colours and shipping

Clothes, perfume, make-up, equipment and building materials: variants with their photos, domestic and international shipping and your own domain. No subscription, only 1% of each order.

Each service has its own account: if you already have an account in another Ordpin service, sign up here again with the same email or number.

1%

Only 1% of each successful order

No subscription, no sign-up fee, no flat amounts. Charged on the items value after any discount, delivery and shipping excluded; a rejected or cancelled order is free.

Example: on a $24.00 order the fee is $0.24

Everything your shop needs, in one dashboard

Sizes and colours with photos

Every colour has its photos, every size its stock, price and barcode.

A feed like Instagram

A vertical photo feed that shows your products the way customers like them.

Domestic and international shipping

Shipping prices per area and country, shipping labels and a tracking number sent to the customer.

Your own domain

Your store on your own name with a security certificate, or on a free Ordpin link.

Stock for every variant

Every size and colour keeps its own stock and leaves the store when it sells out.

Real books

Automatic accounting entries for sales, purchases, expenses and net profit.

Everything in the dashboard, in detail

22 modules working together, from the first order to the last ledger entry. Everything below is built and live today, with no plans or paid add-ons.

Daily operations

Live orders board

Every order arrives instantly with a sound and an alert, and you follow it from acceptance to hand-over without reloading.

  • Columns for New, In progress, Ready and On the way, plus a full history searchable by order number and filtered by type and status.
  • Accept with an estimated time the customer sees, then prepare, mark ready and hand over or ship with a tap.
  • Edit an order's items after it arrives: prices, stock and the fee are recalculated and the customer sees the change at once.
  • Reject or cancel with a set reason and a note to the customer, and optionally put the items back in stock.
  • Unaccepted orders expire and delivered ones complete on their own, timed per type of business, so nothing is left hanging.
  • Call or WhatsApp the customer, open their address on the map, and see a timeline of every event in the order.

Counter orders

Enter a walk-in customer's order from the same dashboard, so online and counter orders live in one place.

  • A new order with the N key, for pickup or at a table where tables are offered.
  • Print the prep ticket automatically or send it to the prep screen.
  • Counted in reports and accounting like any other order.

Prep screen (KDS)

Optional

A packing screen on any tablet or TV, showing orders in the order they came in.

  • New and In progress lanes, a strip of ready orders and big touch buttons.
  • A timer per order against your target prep time: amber past the target, red at one and a half times.
  • New and edited orders stand out, with a sound alert and a full-screen display that stays awake.
  • Prep accounts that see only this screen and item availability.

Point of sale (till)

A complete till in the browser that works with a barcode scanner and a thermal printer, posting every sale to stock and the books automatically.

  • Add items by scanner or SKU, quick quantities like 3*, and keyboard shortcuts for search, discount, hold and pay.
  • Held carts, and a bill discount by amount or percentage with a cap for cashiers.
  • Split payments: cash with change in your currency's own notes and coins, card, transfer and on account.
  • Shifts with an opening float, cash in and out, a blind count for cashiers, and over or short recorded at close.
  • An X report for the open shift and a Z report at close: tenders, returns, best sellers and sales by hour.
  • Rules set by the owner: allow or refuse selling beyond stock, the discount cap, and who may take returns.

Returns

Return any completed order, fully or partly and in several goes, whether it was sold at the till, the counter or online.

  • Find the order by its number or by scanning the QR code on the e-receipt.
  • Set reasons (damaged, wrong item, changed mind, expired) and optional restocking.
  • Refund in cash from the drawer, back to the card, by transfer or to the customer's account.
  • A numbered return slip, and a proportional refund of Ordpin's fee on the returned part within the set period.

Customer accounts (store credit)

The paper debt book, made digital: an account per customer with a credit limit and a statement.

  • An account with name, phone and an optional credit limit, with filters for who owes and who is over the limit.
  • Sell on account, fully or partly, from the till; a sale over the limit is refused.
  • Record payments in cash, card or transfer, and opening balances carried over from your old book.
  • A statement for any period with a running balance, printed or sent on WhatsApp.

Items and storefront

Catalogue and items

Add your items with photos and prices in your store's languages, and organise them in categories your customers see as story circles.

  • Categories with images, drag to reorder, show or hide with a tap.
  • A name and description in every store language, units (piece, kg, litre, box…), and an original price shown struck through with the discount.
  • A cost price (owner only) for the margin and the books, and a tax rate per item or category.
  • SKU and barcode typed, scanned or read by the phone camera, with search by name or code.
  • Up to 3 photos per product with automatic square cropping, and availability or archiving with a tap.

Sizes and extras

Optional

Option groups shared across items, such as size, extras, or the kind of bread or milk.

  • Single or multiple choice, required or optional, with a minimum and maximum.
  • Up to 40 options per group, each with its own extra price and a pause that hides it from the store at once.
  • Up to 20 groups per item, and customers are shown which required choices are missing.

Sizes and colours

Real variants for each product, each with its own price, stock and photo.

  • Up to 3 axes (size, colour or your own) and 300 combinations per product.
  • Ready-made sizes (XS–XXL and 36–45) and 15 quick colours with swatches.
  • Each combination has a price, an original price, stock, a barcode and a photo, with “price for all” and “stock for all”.
  • Picking a colour jumps to its photo, and combinations that can't be bought are disabled.

Stock and barcodes

Stock goes down with every sale, and an item disappears from the store when it runs out.

  • Track stock per item or per size and colour, with an instant alert when it runs low.
  • A movement history with the reason for every change: order, cancel, edit, return, till sale, count, purchase.
  • Scan-count mode: each scan shows the item and adds or removes one, with a USB scanner or the phone camera.
  • Add a new item straight from an unknown barcode.
  • Supplier purchase bills raise stock and update cost by moving average.

Your online store

Your own link that works like an app on the customer's phone, with nothing to download.

  • A name.ordpin.com link that installs on the home screen as an app with your store's name, logo and colours.
  • Swipeable Instant cards, or an Instagram-style feed with category stories, plus search and filters (offers, new, in stock).
  • A shareable page per item whose preview shows in WhatsApp and Instagram.
  • Live order tracking that vibrates the phone when the order is ready, and item ratings afterwards.
  • Works on a weak connection: the order is saved and sent automatically when the connection returns, never twice.
  • The same prices as in store, tax and delivery fees worked out exactly before sending, and an optional customer account with saved addresses.

Service, delivery and printing

Local delivery

Exact delivery fees by distance from your store's pin on the map.

  • Distance tiers (from 100 m to 200 km), each with its fee, minimum order and delivery time.
  • Customers drop their pin on the map, and orders outside your reach are refused automatically.
  • An outside courier's pay (the delivery fee or a fixed amount) is posted to the books automatically for each completed delivery.
  • Cash on delivery or transfer with your instructions; Ordpin never touches your customers' money.

Domestic and international shipping

Optional

Sell beyond your city: domestic shipping by province or region, and international shipping by country.

  • A fee and delivery time per province or region, with bulk fill.
  • International shipping with a fee, minimum order and delivery time per destination country.
  • The carrier and tracking number shown to the customer, and an A6 shipping label to print.

Printing and receipts

Works with 80 mm thermal printers and ordinary A4 printers, straight from the browser.

  • A customer receipt with a QR code for the e-receipt, and the prep ticket.
  • An A6 shipping label, the Z report, the return slip and the customer statement.
  • An end-of-day receipt: revenue, then cost of goods, then each expense, down to net profit.

Money and management

Wallet and the 1% fee

You pay only for completed orders: 1% of the items' value, with no subscription and no cap.

  • The fee is held when the order arrives, charged when it completes and returned automatically if it is rejected or cancelled.
  • Delivery, shipping and tax are left out, and every order keeps its own fee.
  • A bar showing the sales your balance covers, and a warning before it runs out.
  • Top up with your country's local payment methods and get a receipt; a monthly statement to print or save as PDF.
  • Welcome credit and referral rewards that pay for order fees.

Full accounting, free

Double-entry books built automatically from your sales and expenses, with no accountant or extra software.

  • A chart of accounts ready for your type of business, based on Iraq's unified accounting system, with neutral names elsewhere.
  • Automatic entries for sales, returns, tax, cost of goods, drawer movements, shifts and customer accounts.
  • Expenses with their receipts, purchase bills, and suppliers with debt aging and payments.
  • Safe, banks and e-wallets, owner deposits and withdrawals, and an opening-balances wizard.
  • 11 reports: profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, cash flow, sales, daily Z, Ordpin fees, sales tax, debt aging and stock valuation.
  • CSV export for Excel and A4 printing, and closed periods with a log of every reopening.

Analytics and ratings

Your day's and week's numbers at a glance.

  • Today's figures: orders, completed, sales and active, with a checklist to set up your store.
  • The last 14 days: daily sales and orders, completion rate, average order and best sellers.
  • Customer ratings per item, thumbs up or down, with the most and least liked.
  • A detailed sales report by day, hour, payment method, source, cashier, item and category.

Staff and roles

An account per staff member with their role, without sharing your password.

  • Three roles: owner, cashier and packing.
  • Cashiers run orders, the till and item availability; prep accounts see only their screen.
  • Resetting a password or deactivating an account signs the person out on every device at once.
  • Each person's last sign-in, and a role change signs them out so they come back with the new permissions.

Brand, languages and alerts

Your brand and domain

Your store in your colours, with your logo and your message.

  • A logo, 8 ready palettes or 4 custom colours, with a live phone preview.
  • A welcome screen with your message typed out letter by letter.
  • A custom domain for your store, booked from the dashboard where the service is offered, with automatic HTTPS.
  • A store-link card on the overview to copy and share with a tap.

Languages, currencies and tax

The dashboard and your store in your team's and customers' languages and your country's currency.

  • The dashboard in more than 50 languages, each staff member in their own.
  • Up to 12 store languages whose content you write yourself, with right-to-left or left-to-right layout set automatically.
  • Amounts in your business's currency down to its smallest unit, and its own notes and coins at the till.
  • Sales tax included or added, reduced or exempt rates per category or item, and your tax ID on receipts.

Real-time alerts

No order slips by, even with the dashboard in the background.

  • A chime and browser notifications once you start your shift, repeating every 30 seconds for unaccepted orders.
  • The count of waiting orders in the tab title, and a screen that stays awake.
  • Low-stock, wallet and order-update alerts the moment they happen.

Direct support

Support tickets from inside the dashboard to the Ordpin team.

  • A conversation with up to 3 screenshots per message.
  • Automatic urgent priority for wallet and order problems when your store is paused.

What your account includes

“Optional” means it is available for your type of business and you switch it on from the Services page of the dashboard whenever you need it.

Questions from shop owners

Does it suit building materials and equipment shops?

+

Yes. Shops cover everything except restaurants, cafés and markets, with units and prices for each trade.

Can I ship abroad?

+

Yes, once you turn on international shipping and set its prices for each country.

Are all these modules included in the 1%?

+

Yes. There are no plans or paid add-ons: the till, accounting, prep screen, stock and the Claude connector all come with the fee on completed orders. The only exception is a custom domain, if you choose to book one.

Do I need special hardware or software?

+

No. A phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser is enough. A barcode scanner and a thermal printer are optional and work straight away.

Can AI run my store?

+

Yes, through the “Ordpin for Claude” connector: you link your Claude account to your dashboard and choose what it may do. It then follows orders, updates items and stock and prepares reports by your instructions, and every action shows in the activity log.

How is Ordpin's fee calculated?

+

1% of the items value after any discount, for every business: restaurants, cafés, markets and shops, with no flat amount and no cap. Delivery and shipping fees are not included, and every order keeps the fee it was placed under.

When is the fee charged?

+

Only when an order is completed. Rejected or cancelled orders cost nothing, and if you edit an order before completing it the fee follows its new value.

Where is my data kept?

+

In the European Union (Frankfurt), over an encrypted connection. Every staff member has their own account and permissions, and we never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
